"Article 4: While using death penalty prisoners' bodies or organs we must be
careful about the social effect, so it must be kept secret, and conducted within
the work unit that uses the bodies or organs. If it is necessary, with approval
of the people's court that has sentenced the death penalty, the operation
vehicles from the health facilities are allowed to drive to the execution site
to harvest the organs, but they are not allowed to use vehicles with Health
facilities' license plates, or wear white medical uniforms. After the harvesting
operations are completed, security guards shall remain at the execution sites."
